Copy of contract or agreement, cleaning schedule, cleaning crew, person who coordinates schedule.

Current and two previous years. Define line items in writing.

A. List of all bank accounts, who maintains them. B. List trusts, endowment – provide background C. List debts: when accrued, amount remaining. D. Process for making purchases & paying bills. E. How money is handled. - use form in appendix.
